How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Google/Apple account you used for the original purchase.

How do I appear on the leaderboard?
Sign in with your Google account by tapping "Sign In" on the Highscores screen. Choose a username, and your scores will automatically appear on the global leaderboard.

How does the shrink mechanic work?
When your snake fills 40% of the grid, it shrinks back to a smaller size and your score multiplier doubles. This allows for endless gameplay and massive scores!

Can I change my username?
Yes! Go to your Stats screen, tap on your profile, and you can change your username there.

How do I delete my account?
Visit snakeworld.app/delete-account, sign in with your Google account, and confirm deletion. This will permanently remove all your data.

The game is running slow. What can I do?
Try closing other apps running in the background. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app. Your progress will be restored when you sign in again.
