Terms of Service

Welcome to Snake World! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snake World mobile application ("App") operated by eastfreak Studios ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Snake World is a mobile game provided for entertainment purposes. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings
• Create fake or multiple accounts to abuse the system
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

2. Accounts

To access certain features like the global leaderboard, you may sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You may choose a username for the leaderboard. Usernames must not:

• Be offensive, obscene, or inappropriate
• Impersonate other people or entities
• Contain personal information of others
• Violate any trademarks or copyrights

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate usernames or ban accounts that violate these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

Snake World offers a premium upgrade that removes advertisements. This is a one-time purchase processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store
• Premium status is linked to your app store account and can be restored on new devices

4. Advertisements

The free version of Snake World displays advertisements provided by Appodeal and its advertising partners. By using the free version, you consent to viewing these advertisements. For more information, see Appodeal's Privacy Policy at appodeal.com/privacy-policy.

5. Leaderboard and User Content

Your username and scores may be displayed publicly on the global leaderboard. By participating in the leaderboard, you grant us permission to display this information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Snake World, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, code, and design, is owned by eastfreak Studios and protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eastfreak Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time via snakeworld.app/delete-account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dresden, Germany.
